Remember when something spilled at dinner and Grandma knew exactly how to remove the stain? If you don’t, you have plenty of company. But that knowledge still exists. We get occasional notes with tips on how best to use Bon Ami to clean all sorts of things. We get even more notes with tips on other ways to clean. We’ve built a list that may not be as smart as Grandma, but it sure can help.

Original Bon Ami has saved me and my marble counters. I got tired of trying expensive chemical spray cleaners which did not
even remove water rings and other spots.. I have been so excited to share this tip which made my marble choice quite practical and beautiful. I grew up with Bon Ami…my grandmother used it back in the 50’s which I remember….it is my favorite cleaning product…used to buy it in bulk at hardware stores..so glad that our local Stop and Shop carries it. Thanks Bon Ami…

Recycled toothbrushes and plastic picnic knives make great tools to use with my favorite non-toxic unscented Bon Ami powder cleanser for extra scrubbing power on fridge door seals, sink faucets and stove burner areas. I dip a slightly damp toothbrush into a sprinkle of dry Bon Ami in a bowl to make a thicker paste. A damp recycled cloth rag sprinkled with Bon Ami can work wonders wrapped under faucet handles and stems…simply shimmy it back and forth to easily remove hidden residues! Bon Ami is SAFE and EFFECTIVE around food and for all of us who are chemically sensitive! THANK YOU BON AMI! WE LOVE YOU!
